Angelo Zervos - Founder and CEO

Angelo brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the table.  With over twenty years of surety, fidelity and commercial insurance experience, he is the driving force behind the agency’s success. He maintains a strong, dedicated work ethic and puts his clients’ interests first. He is a staunch advocate for his clients and is not afraid to “get down in the trenches” and find creative ways to help them. He spends much of his leisure time with his wife and two young daughters. He serves as a strong role model for his daughters, as they become part of the next generation. 

Dominic Nicita - Senior Account Executive

Dominic holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Psychology from The University of Michigan. He has been a licensed Property & Casualty Agent since 1995 and has over 30 years of specialized expertise in the construction industry. He focuses on contractors’ insurance and bonds, construction equipment dealerships, as well as commercial property and manufacturing insurance. Dominic began his career as a Finance Manager for Michigan CAT, where he worked for two years before founding Michigan CAT Financial Services Inc. (MCFS), serving as the President for 12 years. He continued his work with MCFS for over 14 years and is now part of Zervos Insurety Services. His extensive experience and dedication to the construction industry make him a trusted expert in providing comprehensive insurance and bonding solutions. Outside of his professional commitments, Dominic is a musician, competitive distance runner, outdoorsman, and gardener, reflecting his diverse interests and passions. 

A.J. Sgroi II - Commercial Insurance Producer

A.J. Sgroi II is a dedicated professional specializing in commercial insurance and construction bonding at Zervos Insurety Services. With over 15 years of experience in finance and a strong focus on integrity and client satisfaction, A.J. leverages his extensive knowledge to help businesses and contractors secure reliable insurance solutions.
His background in heavy bid construction, property development, and project management enhances his ability to provide tailored support for contractors seeking to grow. Collaborating with industry veterans Angelo Zervos and Dominic Nicita, A.J. is part of a team that boasts over 60 years of combined experience. Together they ensure clients receive exceptional service and insights. Committed to building long-term partnerships, A.J. adapts to clients' evolving needs and strives for excellence in every interaction. Outside the office, AJ is a dedicated husband, father and coach.
